LiPo 4S 5000 mAh 50C
The highest power density you can buy off the shelf, at the cost of safety margin. 50C on 5 Ah is a 250 A burst rating — enough to launch anything into a wall.
The role it plays
Power sets the ceiling on everything else: peak torque (voltage × current), runtime (watt-hours ÷ average draw) and safety. Size the bus voltage to your actuators, size the pack to your worst-case current, and put protection upstream of the pack — before, not after, the first puff of smoke.
Typical use: Drones, RC, high-power test rigs.
What the numbers actually mean
The headline figure is 4S (14.8 V nominal, 16.8 V full) (cells), with 5000 mAh as the next most load-bearing number (capacity). At $55 in the power tier it sits in the mid range: enough money that you should plan the mounting and wiring before ordering, but not so much that one mistake ends the project.
